Real food has one ingredient

How has the food industry corrupted people's understanding of food?

Food was once simple. People ate what was available in nature; meat, fish, eggs, milk, butter, tallow. Food that was ready when we found it.

But then came industry, and not least capitalism, which by its nature is about making the most profit possible from everything that can be sold as much as possible.

And with it also came a tsunami of manipulation, marketing and lies, and "research" that is bought and paid propaganda more than real science.

Ultra-processed, factory-made foods have become the norm. Most people think they are eating healthy when they choose “organic granola,” “plant-based burgers,” or “fortified soy milk.” They eat “snack bars” and pile on fruits that are practically nothing but sugar.

Blueberries the size of grapes!

How do we not see what has happened? That we have been deprived of real food, and instead are given a chemical cocktail masquerading as nutrition.

Something that needs a long ingredient list is not food – it is a factory-produced illusion, very often created specifically to trigger your reward systems, and your addiction.

Research has been done with professional tasters to ensure that if you take one bite, you won't be able to stop eating the whole bag.

It's not actually your fault. It's done entirely on purpose, with cynical precision, with the scope pointed straight at you. That alone should be reason to refuse to give them any more money out of your pocket, and find other and better ways.

Even most of the produce in the vegetable counter is incredibly modern, manipulated cult plants! Did you know that Brussels sprouts were a pretty unchewable, bitter nodule until they were manipulated to become milder, softer, and sweeter in the 1990s?

And did you know that the tomato wasn't a food at all until 500 years ago at the earliest? At first intended as just a decoration, but eventually a sour little fruit from which the skin was scalded and the seeds removed?

How much do you really know about our food? About our vegetables? About the multi-million-year-old human animal through an almost 3 million-year-long ice age?

What is real food?

Real food, as we can all understand, is something you can find in nature, and eat without having to go through an industrial production process, with anything added or subtracted. It is simple, nutritious, and unadulterated.

Nothing has been taken out, and nothing has been added, it is as nature created it.

Here we obviously distinguish whether there is a little added salt, which is a very common and very good preservation method. Maybe also water, but this is also cheating, isn't it? That you have to pay full meat price for added water?

Meat: Beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game – the whole animal, including offal and fat. There can’t be much doubt here, can there? Or wait; where is the completely clean meat? Why is it almost always marinated, why is it glazed in sugar and spices? Why all these E-substances and unknown ingredients, in something that is supposedly “meat”? What happens in your body if the meat is bathed in sugar and concentrated plant extracts, and these things we don’t know the name of? You know?

Fish and seafood: Wild-caught fish, shellfish, roe, liver – not factory salmon, and factory mackerel. Did you know that factory salmon is gooey white (yuck!), until they give it dyes to trick you into thinking it's healthy and nice and natural and delicious? And that it eats pellets of 70% crap and by-products from the plant kingdom, like toxic factory oils like rapeseed and sunflower oils, even though it's a proud carnivore out in the open? And that the farmers are incredibly curious about why it eventually falls apart? Is this an animal that seemingly almost "rots" and falls apart while still alive? Do we have a better description? A consolation? In addition to the fact that these fish factories are killing our fjords, and real life. Don't support these atrocities by eating this frankenfish.

Egg: Real eggs from hens that eat real food, which makes the yolk a natural deep yellow – not eggs where the hen eats shit, but has added dyes so it's not gooey and disgusting, and "added omega-3" because they live indoors their entire lives.

Norwegian Carnivory has itself been in dialogue with Prior about the practice of artificial yellow color, so this is a very sad fact in Norway as well. There is not much to suggest that Norwegian food is some sacred figure in this nightmare.

Dairy products: Preferably raw milk if you can get it, but at least full-fat milk that still has all the nutrients and not just sugar.

Non-fat milk is what you feed your pig to make it fat, did you know?

And real butter, maybe ghee – not the factory's ultra-pasteurized plastic version, which is supposedly supposed to help build all our cells.

Natural sources of fat: Tallow, lard, blubber – real energy, and with lots of nutrition, completely without chemical manipulation.

Do you want cells built from real food, or from factory food?

What factory food does to us

When we eat what our bodies are not designed for, all our modern diseases arise. Lifestyle diseases, they call them, while most of them are food-related diseases.

There is a serious shortage of naering, that's right poisoning, and there is a lack of frequency to the brain and all our cells, the worst possible trinity – recommended by health authorities.

Chronic diseases have exploded in parallel with the rise of processed foods. Why? Because the industry has tampered with food, removing natural nutrients and replacing them with chemicals, vegetable oils, and sugar.

insulin resistance: Chronically elevated blood sugar creates hormonal disasters and lays the foundation for diabetes, obesity and energy crises.

Inflammation and autoimmune disease: Industrial products with seed oils and additives drive the body into constant defense mode.

Obesity and hormonal disorders: Manipulated “food” tampers with satiety signals, increases estrogen levels, and makes people fat and sick.

Mental health in free fall: The brain needs real fat and lots of cholesterol, but is instead fed vegetable oils and sugar – the result is depression, anxiety and mental fog, and worse.

The food industry makes trillions selling disease, and the pharmaceutical industry, which is the same gang, is ready with pills to "fix" the problem.

It's a vicious circle where you are the product.

How to get out of the downward health spiral

The solution is brutal in its simplicity: Stop eating junk. Go back to what your body was made for. Zero seed oils, zero sugar, zero processed poisons. Only real food.

Cut out all "health products" from the store – Not everything that requires a marketing campaign is food.

Remove factory food – If it has an ingredients list, you probably don't need it.

Eat animal food – Meat, seafood, eggs, butter, tallow. What your body was created for.

Ignore the propaganda – The food industry is not your friend. They have been selling you lies for decades.

Rediscover true health – When the body receives real nourishment, it heals itself.

The Propaganda: How They Keep You Sick and Addicted

The food industry knows they are selling poison. That's why they pump out propaganda to keep people trapped in the system.

Red meat is dangerous! – A lie with no scientific basis, but effective in pushing people towards plant-based junk. Red meat is supposedly the cause of all evil, even though all natural carnivores on the planet thrive on the healthiest and richest food available to us.

Vegetable oils are healthy! – Seed oils are proven to be pure poison for the body, but cheap to produce and a gold mine for the industry. These are put in almost every factory food you can find, and you have to be careful to read the ingredient list, because they put them in the most incredible products you would never believe. Why would there be sunflower oil in ice cream, for example?

Meatless Monday saves the planet! – A greenwashed strategy to sell more processed plant-based food. This was invented in the boardrooms of capitalism, and has no root in any reality or research.

Fortified products give you all the nutrients you need! – What else but a total admission that the “food” they sell is devoid of real nutrition? Fortified? Why not just simply eat real food, then we don’t need “fortification”?

And it's not just that they lie to us. They also work intensely to hide the truth, and to own what information we have available.
